Combining functional strength training, aerobic exercise, and stretching this women’s only fitness bootcamp focuses on conditioning, toning and strengthening the entire body in a fun and supportive environment.

What you can expect from these classes:
You’ll put your strength to the test using your own body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, and other functional pieces of exercise equipment, for a total body workout.
Elevate your heart rate and get your sweat on with interval based body weight cardio moves. Melt away the stress of your day and leave with a rewarding endorphin high, each and every time.
With every move you’ll pump up your endorphins, release unwanted stress, feel stronger and leave feeling like you just did something AMAZING for your body and your mind.

Who are currently pregnant or 6 weeks postpartum.
What’s Included In The Warrior Woman Bootcamp Membership:
Three, 60-minute classes per week focused on resistance training, body weight exercises, and interval training to ensure you never plateau or get bored from your workouts.
Access to nutrition information, additional workout plans, done for you meal plans, recipes, and health tips.
Participation in on-line transformation challenges.
Additional support inside a private members only Facebook Group. (Optional)

I haven’t exercised in a very long time. Will these classes be to intense for me?
Okay maybe it has been a long time since you’ve worked up a sweat, but it’s never to late to start, right?! The risk of doing serious damage to yourself with exercise is actually pretty low, so long as you start slow and step it up gradually.
I’ve taught group fitness classes for over 15 years to a wide range of women, varying in age, body weight and fitness level. Thus I feel very confident that I can offer exercise modifications to support your unique needs.
I currently weight 200+ pounds. Are these classes right for me?
Are you able to leave your ego…aka…your ‘inner mean girl’ at the door? Are you willing to kick comparison to the curb?
If you replied, “I’m willing to try!” then the answer is YES!!! These classes ARE right for you.
YOU are your only limit.
Stop listening to your inner critique – ‘she’ hasn’t done you any favors up to this point.

What do I need to bring to class?
You will need to bring the following:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Indoor running shoes
- Water bottle
- And an eagerness to learn and a commitment to never give up!!
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, you can receive a refund if you notify me 7 days prior to the class start date (a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.) If you notify me after the class start date, you will receive a credit towards a future program or service. The credit is good for one year and is transferable. There is no cash refund.
