Hey, I’m Coach Courtney, transformation expert, author, and entrepreneur. I am also a mother to two amazing kids, and this is my partner Joe Perry, who is an incredible father to four daughters. Together we are committed to instilling upon our children what it means to live a healthy and active lifestyle by being the best role models we can be.
While we love physical fitness + nutrition + cooking together in the kitchen, there is nothing we love more (besides our family) than empowering others to live their best life possible. We are on a mission to empower couples through our own personal stories, struggles and triumphs to help them become a stronger, healthier a fitter couple, for themselves, each other and their family.

Custom Designed Weight Loss or Muscle Building Diet – You will learn WHAT to eat, WHEN to eat and HOW much to eat to support your individual goals. Plus, you'll receive an ‘Approved Foods’ List for amazing variety. And YES your meal plans will be similar and include meals that the whole family can enjoy. You’ll be eating like we eat as a family!
Custom Designed Weight Loss or Muscle Building Workouts (can be at home or at the gym) Beginner, intermediate or advanced depending on your current fitness level. Each exercise has its own video demonstration within the plan so you know how to perform the exercise correctly.
Cardio Guidance -You will learn the best types of cardio to do, plus we'll tell you how much you need to do in order to burn fat effectively, without losing your hard earned lean muscle.

“Participating in this challenge, although some days were easier than others, gave me balance. It gave me ‘control’ and organization and a sense of accomplishment which I haven’t felt in a very long time. Mentally, I knew what I had to do to get myself to a better place to be a better mom, to be a better wife, and ultimately, to be the best version of me. I just didn’t know where to start and this challenge has given me those tools. I have more energy, more confidence in myself and my abilities, and I feel amazing. The biggest improvement I’ve seen over the past 28 days is most definitely, our level of communication as a couple. We have four very active boys, add Steve has an insane inconsistent work schedule which does makes for very stressful times. He was out of town for 18 of the 28 days. BUT, we did it!!! Even with Steve travelling so much, we just always made the time to talk, plan, shop, and cook together.
