Custom Designed Weight Loss or Muscle Building Diet – You will Learn What to Eat, When to Eat and How Much to Eat as Well as an ‘Approved Foods’ List for amazing variety. And YES your meal plans will be similar and include meals that the whole family can enjoy. You’ll be eating like I eat as a family!
Custom Designed Weight Loss or Muscle Building Workouts (Can be at home or at the gym) Beginner, intermediate or advanced depending on your current fitness level. Each exercise has its own video demonstration within the plan so you know how to perform the exercise correctly.
Cardio Guidance -You Will Learn What to do and How Much to do to Burn Fat Effectively, without losing your hard earned lean muscle.
Daily Check-ins and support via a Private FB group. As your Coach I will communicate with you 7 Days Per Week. As well as give you a private space to connect with other couples in the program for additional peer-to-peer support and motivation.
Two Private Check-ins Per Week. Includes one, 30 minute call and a mid-week text message to ensure you are on track.

“Participating in this challenge, although some days were easier than others, gave me balance. It gave me ‘control’ and organization and a sense of accomplishment which I haven’t felt in a very long time. Mentally, I knew what I had to do to get myself to a better place to be a better mom, to be a better wife, and ultimately, to be the best version of me. The biggest improvement I’ve seen over the past 28 days is most definitely, our level of communication as a couple.
