PILLAR ONE: SELF-AWARENESS    

 Becoming more selfaware – even when it is painful – has tremendous value and can absolutely change your life for the better.

Self-awareness is the baseline for building a healthy lifestyle. When you begin to pay attention to your body’s signals and learn to interpret what it is telling you, you lay down the foundation for accessing and understanding your body’s natural intelligence. 

Your body knows what it needs and what is not good for it.  In this 6 week program you will learn how to tune-in to the signs of health and the triggers that make you overeat or choose the wrong types of foods that never satisfy you, and why you avoid exercise. 

As your coach, I will create a space for you to get the support and encouragement you need so that you can cultivate an intuitive relationship with your body and learn to honor it.  You will discover how to overcome past obstacles, old stories of yourself as less than, overweight, unfit, unhappy.   

When you cultivate this knowing relationship with yourself, when you learn to listen to your body, give it what it needs, and take away what is interfering with its optimal functioning level, then you will be equipped to handle problems and disappointments without sacrificing your health and happiness. You will stay secure in your body and connected to yourself in a more confident, positive way.

PILLAR TWO: TIME MANAGEMENT   

It’s time to stop feeling that you’re just too busy to take care of your self.

It’s time to TAKE BACK YOUR TIME so that you can spend your time on the things that are most important to you; like YOU!

While every woman’s life and weekly schedules look different. During Week 2 of this program I will share with you my Step-By-Step Time Management process that will help you take inventory of how you are spending your time so that you can actually spend more time on the things that matter, and less on the things that don’t.

PILLAR THREE: NUTRITION 

This Pillar is all about the very real connection between what you put in your body and how those foods make you feel. Your body needs nutrition – food and water. When you make good food choices, you will feel better and weight loss will come easier.

These healthy choices also reinforce that mind-body connection – the cleaner the foods, the stronger the signals between your mind and your body. Once you “clean out” the processed foods, the fatty and sugar-laden snacks, and the easy-to-grab carb bombs, you will feel in sync with your body and energized. Then if you occasionally indulge in something sweet, salty, or rich, your body’s reaction will be quick and strong, you will know immediately that your body doesn’t thrive on that food.

And you will indulge. I do. We all do. But there is no need to panic; you simple go back to the Love Yourself Lean Nutrition Principles, reconnect with your goals and get  right back on track with your next meal.

  PILLAR FIVE: MINDSET

This Pillar is all about re-framing your thoughts. Your body is one thing, your brain is another. And they are intimately connected. When you reconnect with your body, you give yourself a concrete way to accept who and where you are now. And when you connect with your mind by staying in touch with how you think and feel about yourself, you give yourself the opportunity to know yourself on a deeper level. 

When we get busy in our lives, we can live on autopilot, unaware of our thoughts and numb to our emotions and physical experiences. We fall into our routines, rushing from one activity to another, barley putting any focus on what our thoughts are actually telling us about ourselves. 

As your coach I’ll be right here to remind you that this thoughtless way of going about your life breeds pain and discomfort and that plants seeds of doubt. Day after day of not tuning in to what is swirling around in your head will make you feel as if you out of control, with no power over your life.
