Meet your event host & facilitator:
Hi, I’m Courtney Rowsell, and in case we haven’t met before, I’m a Midlife Empowerment Coach, Women’s Holistic Health and Hormone Specialist, with 15+ years of study and experience in women’s health. I’m also a single Mama of two, ages 12 and 10.
Now 48, my perimenopause journey began at 42. A 20 pound weight gain, irregular periods, hair loss, sleep deprivation, chronic fatigue, brain fog, anxiety & depression led me to my doctor’s office where I left feeling dismissed, confused and alone.  
That led me to dive deep into studying hormones, metabolism and menopause health. 
I lost the extra 20 pounds, regained my energy, and got my periods back on track. I now sleep like a baby most nights, my hair stopped falling out, and I’m a much more pleasant woman and mother to be around…lol
Through my own hormonal healing journey I realized that trying to navigate all of the information can be daunting. There’s a lot of outdated and contradicting information in the on- (& off) line world, and too many women are struggling alone and giving up on finding the RIGHT information and support they need to feel well.
This led me to creating The Midlife Method, a hormone & weight loss program designed for middle aged women (ages 40-65) to give them the guidance and support they need to restore hormonal health, and achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss.
Now at the age of 48 I look and feel better than I did in my early 40’s.
I’m still a work in progress, and while I don’t claim to know it all, I have helped hundreds of midlife women blast through stubborn menopause weight gain, optimize their hormones and feel confident in their body again – without shelves full of supplements, extreme dieting or killing themselves with crazy workout routines.
I’m on a mission to research and share evidence-based health menopause information so that more midlife women can navigate ‘THE CHANGE’ with confidence.
