Semi Private Training allows for personalized attention, weekly progressions and ongoing support at a fraction of the cost for one-on-one training.
Each client will receive her own uniquely designed workout routine based on goals and current fitness level.
This results-driven, cost effective fitness solution is the perfect way to lose weight, tone-up, get stronger, feel awesome and have fun doing it!

PROGRAM TAILORED TO YOU
You will receive an individualized workout program based on a 60 minute fitness consultation. The information gathered during your initial consultation is used to create a personalized training program that is tailored to your unique body, current fitness level and specific goals.
100% ATTENTION FROM ME, YOUR COACH!
With a max of six women per session (unlike Bootcamp training with a max of 15+), as your coach I’m able to focus my attention on each client ensuring that they preform the exercises safely and effectively. Performing exercises correctly and safely is extremely important to help prevent injury, keep you training more frequently, target the appropriate muscle groups, plus get you the strength-building, calorie-burning results you want faster!
And the BEST part about having my full, undivided attention…you can’t cheat yourself! No more giving up mid-exercise. I will motivate, support and push you to make it through each movement. Because when the struggle is real and you want to quiet, but you push through it – that’s when you start seeing REAL results!
Semi-private training provides you with all of the advantages of personal training without the hefty price tag. In the St. John’s area, traditional one-on-one training can costs upwards of $80 per hour. My home-based studio, semi-private training approach offers you the same individualized exercise program as a traditional one-on-one, but at less than 1/3 of the cost, so you can work out more often and reach your goals faster!

HOW THIS WORKS:
Select the group training time that works best for you.
I will send you a Client Information Questionnaire for you to complete and together we'll book a time to meet for your private fitness assessment.
During the private assessment I will review your health history, discuss goals with you, take a series of measurements and access your current ratio of fat-to-lean muscle, which we'll use as a base line to track progress. Together we will create a training approach that will best support your individual needs and goals, so that you get what you need out of every session.
Show-up for your first session, get to know the awesome women in your group and enjoy your first workout.
What’s Included In The Semi-Private Training Package?
Initial 60-minute private assessment, which includes a review of your health history, a discussion of your goals, weight, measurement and fat-to-lean muscle accessment.
Three, 60-minute group workouts per week focused on resistance training, cardio, and endurance training to ensure you never plateau or get bored from your workouts.
Access to nutrition information, additional workout plans, done for you meal plans, recipes, and health tips.
Additional support inside a private members only Facebook Group. (Optional)

Love Yourself Lean Semi-Private Training is based out of a 800ft private studio space inside my home in Airport Heights, St. John’s.
This boutique style set-up offers an intimate training experience, and is equipped with commercial grade fitness equipment, cardio machines and free weights.
