It has been quite some time since I have been this excited about creating a NEW Beta program for my community!

This 1:1 experience with me is for the woman who is:

  • Between the ages of 40-60
  • Already training with weights at home or in a commercial gym setting
  • In good health and not suffering from injuries
  • Wants to focus on shedding body fat, dropping inches and building muscle tone
  • Who is patient, consistent, follows through and will stay the course with me
  • Ready to work with a coach to dial in her nutrition and exercise needs to feel fierce, confident and sexy as hell over 40!!!

You MUST be healthy right now in order to do this. What do I mean by healthy?

You aren't suffering from limiting injuries that would prevent you from lifting weights

You are not dealing with chronic fatigue that makes getting through the day difficult

You are not undergoing any current medical supervision or medication for a serious illness

You have the ability to keep up with a consistent exercise routine

Z

You are not dealing with a difficult relationship with food, eating enough and the idea of tracking your protein, fat, and carbs does not trigger you

You are not afraid to lift heavy weights in fear of bulking up

Z

You will not panic, jump ship or start changing your program specifics if you feel like things aren't working. You need to stay the course and trust me.

To be a good fit for this program you must: 

  • Between the ages of 40-60
  • Make a 60 day commitment
  • Have been doing some form of strength training for at least 3-6 months
  • Have experience lifting weights in a home gym or in a commercial gym setting
  • Be able to meet with me VIRTUALLY once a week via Zoom and participate in a group based exercise technique demo class
  • Open to exercising differently from what you’ve been used to
  • Workout lengths and how many days per week will depend on your goals, your starting point and your schedule
  • Be open to taking photos, measurements and journaling your progress
  • Participate in a weekly private check-in with me so that we can tweak both your nutrition and exercise plan based on progress
  • Be okay with me having access to your My Fitness Pal app to review your food logging
  • Commit to a one-time investment of $500

    Here’s the Coles Notes Version of What’s Included: 

    What You’ll Receive When You Say YES…

    • It will include 60 days of private support from me
    • I will customize your nutritional plan – exactly how many grams of protein, carbs, and fats to consume daily. These will be tweaked as changes happen in your body over the 60 days.
    • I will create a training program for you, specific to your personal goals, and equipment you have at home or the gym to get the MOST out of your training experience with me
    • Cardio training recommendations; frequency, length and type will be included and adjusted when needed
    • You will go through two, 4-week training cycles and will not change workouts from what I recommend
    • One, virtual group meet-up via Zoom with me each week; for a total of 8 virtual sessions. The day and time of these weekly virtual workout sessions will be determined upon enrollment
    • All material will be emailed to you where you will also have messaging access to me or you can choose to use voice notes in Facebook messenger
    • The first half of the group will have weekly virtual check-ins with me on Mondays. The second half of the group will have weekly virtual check-ins on Fridays. You will have a total of 8 private check-ins with me online
    • Please allow 24 hours for review and any adjustments to be made to your plan
    • 2x 30-minute private coaching calls to be used during our 60-days together either by phone or zoom. I will have a scheduling link for you once you’re fully signed up.
    • You will also have access to LIVE coaching and additional education and support inside a private Facebook group.
    This is going to be so much freaking FUN but I am always fully transparent with what you can expect and it’s important to me that I am working with women who this truly aligns with.
