In case we haven’t met before, my name is Courtney Rowsell. I’m a Hormone Nutritionist.  I help women create a sustainable, enjoyable approach to their health and help them learn how to fuel their bodies so they can support their energy, mood, hormones, & weight in a way that feels GOOD… without extremes or restriction.

Understand the 9 fundamental strategies of a healthy metabolism and why it’s so important for your energy, weight, mood, and hormones. I’ll provide a framework for you to get started, cover some common misconceptions and myths that are getting in the way of your progress, and help you get clear on what to focus on so you can be successful. 

Module 2 – Measure Your Metabolism

What gets measured gets managed. I’ll give you the tracking tools and checklist to evaluate the current status of your metabolism and hormones. You’ll figure out what’s working and not working for you, so you’re not left wondering “is this right for me?”.  You’ll learn how to take both objective and subjective measurements of your health and hormones using your temperature and pulse rate. These measurements will help you understand more clearly what’s going on with adrenal function, thyroid conversion and blood sugar. You’ll feel confident knowing that you’re supporting your body long term by measuring what matters.

Module 3 – Fuel Your Metabolism
