What is the Fearless Females Program?
It’s a Strength Based coaching program focused on giving you the Confidence you need to exercise correctly and safely in a gym setting or at home.
Whether you are a newbie or an avid fitness enthusiast, we will custom design an exercise program based on your specific goals.
We will take you into the gym and teach you how to correctly preform each exercise, how to select the correct weight and how to train with the right intensity.
Strength training is critical if you want to lose weight, tone-up, and keep your body strong and healthy. No matter what your goals are, strength training is an important component of your exercise program.
Our goal for this program is to teach you how to navigate the weight room with confidence and feel empowered that you finally understand how to exercise correctly and safely for your goals.
With a custom-designed 4 week exercise program we have eliminated the guess work. You’ll know EXACTLY what you need to do to achieve the results you want.
With the added support of teaching you how to perform each exercise, all you have to do is follow through. Do the work and reap the benefits of finally learning the correct way to exercise so you can FINALLY reach your fitness and physique goals.
