What is LYL Bootcamp?
Love Yourself Lean (LYL) Bootcamp is a FUN, HIGH-ENERGY place for woman to come together without competition or negativity and work towards a common goal.

Our programs are created specifically By Women For Women… to help you feel good about your body, while empowering you to set new goals and challenge you to expect the best from yourself and your life!
LYL Bootcamp is a Women’s Only program. Classes are 45min in length.
We combine Resistance Training with Cardio to sculpt you from head-to-toe. Every class is designed with a specific goal and purpose. We take pride in ‘theming’ EVERY class and NO Class is REPEATED!
You’ll arrive at each workout pumped to find out what we have ‘in store’ for you!

You’ll leave every class feeling like a ROCKSTAR!!!

Class A – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:40-6:30am
Class B – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30-7:15am
Class D – Monday & Wednesday at 7:00-7:45pm & Saturday at 9:00-9:45am
Class E – Monday & Wednesday at 8-00-8:45pm & Saturday at 10:00-10:45am

This is our most EXCLUSIVE membership package. If you want to reach you goals fast, then this is the package for you.
You’ll work very closely with Courtney as she guides you, step by step towards your goals. This plan is for clients that have a specific fat loss or lean build (gaining muscle while keeping body fat under control) goal.
With this Bootcamp Membership you’ll be working EXCLUSIVELY with Courtney as she guides you to achieving your goals and teaches you how to sustain your success long term.
Everything is MAPPED OUT for you, giving you a clear road map to your success. You’ll know exactly when to eat, how much to eat, when to train, what to do, and how to do it. You’ll personally chat with Courtney once a week as she encourages you and motivates you to stay on the path to success. Our highest success rate clients are participants of this exclusive package.
Gold Level Success Membership
BC Membership + Additional Workout Plan + Diet Plan + One Coaching Call w/ Courtney
This is an EXCELLENT Membership package for those that don’t necessarily need to have their hands held when it comes to diet and training.
You know your way around the gym, you’ve followed several specifically designed diet plans before. You’re in need of a road map to your success, but do not need Courtney’s weekly support and accountability.
This membership is excellent for those who have been successfully with other body transformation focused plans in the past. This plan gives you the structure you need, as well as the guide to making your commitment a lifestyle. It’s an excellent plan for those who are looking for fat loss, a lean build (gaining muscle while keeping body fat under control), or for direction on how to maintain their current success.
You’ll have a custom tailored meal plan based on your likes/dislikes/sensitivities. You’ll know exactly how much to eat, when to eat, and what to eat. Your training program is specifically designed with your goals, strength, weaknesses, fitness level, and abilities kept in mind.
You’ll have one follow-up coaching call with Courtney per month.
Bronze Level Excellence Membership
Bootcamp Membership ONLY
This membership is for our most advanced clientele. This is a great plan for those who understand proper nutrition, meal planning and correct exercise training for their goals. This membership packages focuses 100% on enhancing their fitness level through active participation in weekly group Bootcamp classes.
Punch Card Membership
ACCESS TO 10-CLASSES ANYTIME
This membership option is great for frequent travelers that have difficulty attending set class times each week.
A punch card membership gives clients access to 10 Bootcamp classes. They can attend any scheduled class time being offered. The punch card expires 3-months from the date of purchase.

What can I expect when I become a Platinum or Gold Member?
THE PROCESS…
Courtney will send you a Client Info Sheet and 3-Day Diet Record. You will be required to complete both forms and return via email for Courtney to review. Upon receipt of these forms Courtney will reach out and set-up a consult call with you. From there she will design a plan that is specific and customized to YOUR goals and YOUR needs. You’ll receive a fully customized die plan that tells you what to eat, and how much of it to eat meal by meal, daily. The food choices are based upon your likes/dislikes/sensitivities.
The training program you will follow on your non-Bootcamp days will be designed with your schedule and availability in mind, keeping your fitness level and body transformation goals top of mind. EVERYTHING is spelled out for you so all you literally have to do is follow the plan. It’s that easy!
FOLLOWING SUPPORT…
You’d be required to submit weekly updates to Courtney via email (measurements, weight, and progress photos). In return Courtney will give you hands-on guidance during your weekly coaching calls together to ensure you are on track to meeting your goals.
