Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
This exercise is a MUST DO if you want strong, round coconut shouders. Say bye-bye to shoulder pads with this move.
Why I love this exercise….Preforming this exercise in a seated position isolates the shoulders by restricting the use of other muscles to assist with the movement.
Avoid lowering the dumbbells too far. Once they have reached your collarbone, press them back overhead.
