If there truly is one ‘secret’ to getting in the best shape of your life, enjoying optimal health and all-day energy, it’s taking the time to plan and prepare your meals in advance.
In this 2.5 Hour meal planning and cooking session Coach Courtney will teach you the short cuts to cooking and preparing clean eating meals for YOU and your family.
She will teach you how to design your own clean eating, family-approved meal plans, share safe food storage tips, and time saving cooking strategies that will transform you into a less stressed, and more organized, effective cook.
Whether you are a Newbie in the Kitch’, Experienced in the Kitch’ or Adventerous in the Kitch’ Coach Courtney will empower you with the strategies to master your healthy kitchen.
You deserve to spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying life and your family.
Clean Eating Series Session II:
Inspired Lunches & Dinners on Demand
Date: Sunday, May 1st
Tired of the same-old lunchtime salads at work? Running out of lunchbox ideas for your kids?
In this session Coach Courtney will share with you a collection of fresh and fun lunchbox ideas and after school snacks that the whole family can get excited. Your kids will thank you and you’ll feel good knowing that they are getting the best nutrition to fuel their growing bodies. And your own lunchboxes will take on some extra fun and excitement too!
Now that you’ve got lunch figured out, what’s for dinner?
It’s not always easy to get a hot, homemade and healthy dish on the dinner table every night. Between daycare pick-ups, after school practises, to sports groups, and homework, all while trying to get yourself where you need to be, finding the time and the will to get dinner on the table can be quite stressful and exhausting.
Don’t let dinnertime get you down…Coach Courtney to the rescue!
In the second half of this session Coach Courtney will share her favorite Rush Hour Recipes so you can master the mealtime madness.
Clean Eating Series Session III:
Healthy Entertaining and Travelling
Date: Sunday, May 22nd
Yes, you can entertain your family and friends without sabotaging your health and weight loss goals.
In this session Coach Courtney will share with you Three Complete Clean Eating Entertaining Menus that will trick your guests into eating healthy without them EVER knowing.
Courtney will share a Bunch Menu, a Dinner Menu and a “Girls Night In” Menu that are nothing less than impressive. From Skinner Girl Cocktails, Ab-petizers, Muscle Building Mains, Sleek Sides and Guilt-Free Desserts these recipes will trick the taste-buds of even your most non-health conscious guests.
In the second half of this cooking class Coach Courtney will share with you how to eat healthy while travelling, for business or for pleasure.
Frequent travel commitments can wreak havoc on your commitment to eating clean. In this session Coach Courtney will teach you how to navigate through the junk food and show you how to pack your purse, your car and your suitcase with what you need to eat clean while you are away from your own healthy kitchen. It can be done! Coach Courtney will show you how!
Note: All the recipes prepared and sampled in the class are gluten-free. However the Love Yourself Lean kitchen is not a designated gluten-free kitchen, so contamination is possible. Coach Courtney dies however take precautions. Nuts may be used in some recipes.

Please note our cancellation policy: Registration and payment for cooking classes is non-refundable. Due to limited class size we cannot offer you a refund or make-up class if you cancel. The class is however completely transferable; should you be unable to attend, you are welcome to send somebody else in your place. Unfortunately, should you be unable to find a replacement, we cannot offer a make-up class or transfer your registration to another workshop.

BONUS Cooking Class: Baking with Alternative to Gluten
For those with gluten sensitivity, homemade cookies and real sandwich bread may be a distant memory. But no longer!
In this fun and informative class, learn about alternatives to glutenous flours. You will learn how to make your own gluten-alternative, all purpose, whole flour mix. Healthy and economical, both sweet and savory!
This class also uses alternatives to white sugar too.
In this class:
Learn which products contain gluten (some may surprise you!) and some good resources for G/F ingredients
Why some G/F products are dry and crumbly. ( And how to avoid this!)
