What is the Tighten Your Tummy 14 Day Program?


It is a fun mini challenge designed  to help you boost fat loss and flatten your tummy.

For 14 days we will share with you the most effective steps you can take to make a drastic difference to your waist line in just 14 short days.

Step 2. Follow the Accelerator Nutritional Plan; a complete Done-For-You Meal plan that will teach you what to eat each day to maximize your fat burning potential.

Step 3. Attend 3 LYL Bootcamp classes per week.

Classes Times:

St. John’s Location (Global Gym on 92 Elizabeth Ave.)

Class A – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45-6:30am

Class B – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30-7:15am

Class C – Monday & Wednesday at 7:00-7:45pm & Saturday at 9:00-9:45am

Class D – Monday & Wednesday at 8-00-8:45pm & Saturday at 10:00-10:45am

Class E – Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00-7:45pm & Saturdays at 12:00-12:45pm

Mt. Pearl Location (Mt. Pearl School of Dance on 75 Barbour Dr.)

Class A – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:45-6:30am FULL

NO PM Classes!!!

Step 4. Complete two, additional full-body, short burst LYL custom- designed strength and cardio based workouts. These workouts will be provided to you at the start of the program and will include video exercise links to help you master any exercise that may be new for you.

Step 5. Practice Core Strengthening Assignments Daily. Follow the Tighter Tummy Video Assignments provided to you for the complete 14 Day Program. If you are a mom struggling with the MOMMY BELLY these core assignments will include a self-test you can take to help you determine if you have diastasis recti; a vertical gap between your ab muscles which can cause a pooching or doming of your stomach. In these core strengthening assignments you will be given the exercises you need to properly correct diastasis recti, so you can say… Bye-Bye Mommy Belly!!!
