I am looking to give 8 In-Town ladies and 8 On-Line ladies the opportunity to help me fine-tune a few elements of the program and experience this life changing program first hand before it’s international launch in October.
Challenge starting Monday July 28th and ending Sunday August 24th.
Why am I doing this?
1. I’m looking for testimonials that I can use to inspire other women who are ready for a change.
2. I want this program to change the lives of at least 50,000 women in its first year and I would love for you to be one of the first to experience it. I’m tired of seeing people following fad diets that promise rapid fat loss results. I want to help YOU make a lifestyle change PERMENTALY. No more Yo-Yo Dieting!!!
What’s in it for YOU?
1. In-Town Group – You get to train with ME personally twice a week, so I can motivate, support and hold you accountable to the program. No room for slip-ups here! I’m committed to getting you the BEST results.
2. On-Line Group – Private weekly coaching calls with me, so I can motivate, support and hold you accountable to the program. I promise to get into your head and reprogram it for success.
2. You get a complete training and nutritional plan to follow, in addition to email and phone support from me personally over the 28 days.
3. In-Town Group – You get to meet with me and the other ladies in the program once a week for a group check-in and progress review.
4. You get to document your 28-day journey and be an inspiration to others.
What’s required of you…
1. You must be willing to follow the program EXACTLLY! You will live and breathe the LYL Fit & Fabulous philosophy for 28 days.
2. You must be willing to document your progress for 28 days. You will be required to journal daily, take progress pictures weekly and shoot 3-5 videos lasting anywhere from 15 to 60 seconds talking about your experience throughout the program (your progress, your challenges, how you are feeling, etc.)
3. You must be willing to share your success so I can use it in future marketing initiatives and yes you get final approval of the content to be used.
4. In-Town Group – Invest $369 (HST included) in yourself! Payable on or before July 25th. On-Line Participants Invest $169.
5. A signed agreement that assures me that you will not share the details of this program with anyone until its release in October.

Group One – July 22, 24, 28, 30, August 4, 7th, 12th & 14, 19th, 21st at 5:30am-6:15am; AND July 27th, Aug. 3rd, Aug. 11th, Aug 17th at 8:30pm and Aug. 24th at 9am.
Group Two – July 22, 24, 28, 30, August 4, 7th, 12th & 14, 19th, 21th, at 6:15 – 7:30am; AND July 27th, Aug. 3rd, Aug. 11th, , Aug. 17th, at 8:30pm and Aug, 24th at 9am.
All in-person sessions will be held at the YMCA on Ridge Rd.
NOTE: A YMCA membership is required to participate and is not included in the program fee. If you are currently not a member of the YMCA just let me know and I’ll help you get set-up with the details.
