The holidays are a time to celebrate, and boy, do we make the most of it. We eat, we drink, we indulge and then we end up feeling like bloated whales by the time New Year’s rolls around.
It’s almost an unspoken rule that, with the holidays, comes unlimited eating and incomplete workouts, but this year, you have a CHOICE!
You don’t have to let every party become your own personal eating contest, and you don’t have to let shopping take the place of your usual exercise routine.
All it takes is making the decision to stay active and eat healthy while not depriving yourself of all the fun.

When you accept the “Hot for the Holidays” challenge here is what you’ll get:
In-Town Participation:
- Initial Group Orientation and Goal Setting Session. During this session we’ll discuss your goals and map out the exact plan to get your there. Date: Sunday, November 9th, 8:30pm-10:00pm.
- The “Holiday Hottie” Training program. A 6-Week exercise plan, complete with a weekly training schedule that outlines day-by-day what you need to do to maximize your results.
- The “Holiday Hottie” Meal Plan. Complete 6-Week Nutritional Plan broken down into phases to empower you with the TRUTH about nutrition and eliminate the guess work. It’s a lifestyle based, family approved approach that will teach you how to have your cake and eat it too…lol If you have participated in previous LYL challenges, don’t worry you will not be required to detox….we’ll save that for after Christmas! This plan also includes NEW LYL Approved Holiday Entertaining meal ideas and recipes.
- Tips To Thriving During the Holidays. Handle social pressure with confidence, navigate Christmas treats at the office without sabotaging your goals, and learn how to stay positive during high-stress times. Over the 42 Days I’ll be sharing my best holiday survival secrets so you can enjoy being fully present and celebrate with family and friends without guilt or sabotaging your goals.
- Two, Group Workouts per week. Join me twice a week for a workout that combines functional and traditional strength based exercises with yoga and cardio moves to sculpt, tone and invigorate your entire body. You’ll leave class with a calm mind and energized body!
