Dumbbell Walking Lunges
This exercise targets every muscle group in your lower body (quads, hamstrings and glutes) and is a MUST DO if you want long, luscious legs 🙂
1. Take a large enough step for both of your knees to bend to 90 degrees.
2. Center your weight in the heel of your front foot.
3. During the movement never allow your knees to go over your toe and keep your front knee square with your hips to avoid undue stress on the knee joints.
4. Keep your head up and back straight throughout the movement. Never allow your back to round.
