Grilled Turmeric Skewers

Yields: 2 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
10 oz. of chicken breasts
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp himalayan salt
1 Tbsp. raw honey
1 Tbsp. tamari (or coconut aminos)
1 Tbsp. turmeric powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne powder
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 green onions, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, whisk together green onions, ginger, honey, tamari, turmeric, cayenne and lemon juice.
Add chicken to the bowl, coat with mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or even overnight.
Allow chicken to return to room temperature before proceeding.
Cut into pieces and skewer. Alternate with veggies if you want!
Preheat oven to 425° F and arrange skewers on baking sheet.
Drizzle with remaining marinade and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
