These classes combine boxing moves with functional strength training to create a fun and intense workout.

Fighter Camp focuses on conditioning, toning and strengthening the entire body through the use of both resistance training and aerobic exercise.

Exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress. 

Boxing exercises, in particular, are renowned for their stress-relieving benefits. There’s something extremely therapeutic about throwing a few jabs!!!

Physically, hitting a punching bag produces a response in your body that helps to relieve tension.  When hitting the punching bag, your brain increases production of endorphins and neurotransmitters that create feel-good thoughts in your brain. 

Punching also helps to relieve muscle tension that can build up when you experience stress.  PLUS with each punch your focus will improve, your concentration will increase, helping you forget the reasons why you are stressed in the first place. 


This class includes MORE than just boxing moves!

 You’ll put your strength to the test using kettle bells, medicine balls, sled’s, resistance bands and battling ropes. A total body workout from head to toe. 

Elevate your heart rate and get your sweat on with high intensity cardio intervals using rowers, stationary bikes and running drills. Melt away the stress of your day and leave with a rewarding endorphin high, each and every time.

With every jab, punch, lift and sprint, you’ll pump up your endorphins, release unwanted stress, and leave feeling like an energized and empowered Warrior Goddess!!!

Q: I haven’t exercised in a very long time. Will these classes be to intense for me?

Okay maybe it has been a long time since you’ve worked up a sweat, but it’s never to late to start, right?!

The risk of doing serious damage to yourself with exercise is actually pretty low, so long as you start slow and step it up gradually. 

I’ve taught group fitness classes for over 15 years to a wide range of women, varying in age, body weight and fitness level. Thus I feel very confident that I can offer exercise modifications to support your unique needs. 

Q: I currently weight 200+ pounds. Are these classes right for me?

Are you able to leave your ego…aka…your ‘inner mean girl’ at the door? Are you willing to kick comparison to the curb? 

If you replied, “I’m willing to try!” then the answer is YES!!! These classes ARE right for you.

YOU are your only limit. 

Stop listening to your inner critique – ‘she’ hasn’t done you any favors up to this point.  

You CAN make a change! Accept Your Body – as it is Right Now. 

Your body is capable of way more than you give it credit for.  Remember, “Progress not Perfection”.

You’ll have me as your expert coach guiding you every step of the way plus the loving support of a community of other amazing women who like you, have made a commitment to improve.

Q: What if I can’t attend all classes?

Okay, how many classes CAN you attend? 

If you can attend at least 8 of the 12 classes over the 4 weeks, then I can adjust your enrollment fee to reflect the number of classes you CAN attend.

8 classes = $100 (incl. tax) | 10 classes = $125 (incl. tax)

Q: How do I enroll?

Enrollment is payable via email transfer to Password: Camp. 

Q: Will you be offering these classes in the Fall?


AM Group: Monday & Wednesday’s at 6:00AM and Saturdays at 9:00AM

PM Group: Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 5:30PM.

Classes will start on Monday, September 17th and will run in 6 weeks blocks.  Enrollment for 6 weeks is $220 (incl. tax)

September is the NEW January!!! So if you’d like to secure your spot for the first 6-week block of classes you can pay a $50 deposit now to hold your space. The balance will be due 10 business days prior to the start of classes.
