Straight from my LYL kitchen, here is a fast and delicious recipe for you to try! It combines the fun and flavourful taste of sundried tomato pesto, with the creamy texture of avocado to create the ultimate fat burning, waist slimming dish.
First, you’ll need a container of premade sundried tomato pesto.
This is the brand I use, because it has no added sugar.
This extremely flavorful pesto is so versatile. It instantly transforms any ordinary dish into a delicious hit, your whole family will love. Toss it through some cooked pasta (Mackenzie’s favorite!), spread it on sandwiches or wraps, top it on baked chicken or mix it into some grilled vegetables to impress your dinner guests.

LYL Sundried Tomoto Baked Talipia w/ Avocado Topper
Here is what you need to create this beautiful dish:
1 tsp. sundried tomato pesto
¼ avocado, chopped
1 4oz tilapia filet
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Place tilapia in shallow baking dish or aluminum-foil-covered baking sheet.
Spread fillet evenly with pesto.
Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes evenly away from a fork.
Remove from oven top, place on a dinner plate, top with chopped avocado and serve with a bed of sautéed spinach.
