Dumbbell Bent Over Row
- During the execution of this exercise make sure to pull the dumbbell up the side until it makes contact with ribs or until upper arm is just beyond horizontal. Return arm until it is extended and shoulder is stretched downward.
- Do not rotate your torso as you pull the weight up. Your torso should be close to horizontal. Repositioning the knee that it on the bench and/or adding a light bend in the elbow of the supportive arm will allow for proper levelling of torso.
