Green Tea Mango Smoothie

Drink with mango and yoghurt

Give yourself a jolt of energy with this refreshing green tea based smoothie


1 cup brewed green tea OR Matcha Powder
(brew the night before and store in fridge so it’s cold and ready to go)
1 cup raw spinach
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
½ fresh or frozen mango
½ medium banana
1/2 inch slice of fresh ginger, peeled (optional)
3-6 ice cubes (optional if using fresh fruit)


Blend spinach with green tea until smooth. Add remaining ingredients
and blend until creamy consistency is reached.
