Well ladies you asked and here you go!!!

I’ve dedicated the entire month of March to sharing with you low sugar, low calorie treats that you can enjoy, guilt-free to satisfy those late night or mid-afternoon sugar cravings.

Today’s guilt- free treat is perfect to satisfy your PMS cravings for chocolate.


 Guilt-Free Chocolate Pudding


½ avocado

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp vanilla or chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp almond butter

1 ½ tsp honey

½ tsp unsweetened shredded coconut for garnish










Place all ingredients in (except coconut) in food processor, blend until smooth, scrapping the sides at least once to incorporate.

Serve with coconut sprinkled on top
