Holiday Meltdown Workout
***Start workout by preforming 3min light walk/jog on the treadmill, or skipping.
Giant Circuit I:
Complete the following Giant Circuit as many times as possible in 10 minutes. Record your number of completed rounds. Next week try to beat that number. After you have completed this 10minute Giant Circuit rest 1minute before you move to the next Giant Circuit.
1A) DB T Push-ups (6/side)

Awesome Judy! I would suggest you preform this workout once a week for 4 weeks and challenge yourself to increase the number of rounds you do each week.
