I get asked quite often, “Courtney, what are the best exercises to do to get beautifully toned arms and a tight and tiny waist?”

Well ask no more!!! Here’s an Awesome Arms & Abs workout that I created for our Body Rescue Member Leah who wants to look toned and fabulous for an upcoming school reunion.

The workout is only 21 minutes and all you need is a set of dumbbells. You will be completing 5 exercises back-to-back, followed by 1min of cardio, with little rest, for a total of 4 rounds, consisting of two giant sets. Achieve more in less time with this fat burning, sexy muscle building workout.
